Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification containing your contact information, identification of the removed material, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake.

Repeat Infringers

We reserve the right to remove content and terminate access for users who are found to be repeat infringers of copyright.

How we respond to notices

When we receive a complete takedown notice, we review it promptly and, where the claim is valid, remove or disable access to the material in question. We notify the person who posted or provided the material where contact details are available, and we keep a record of each notice as the law requires. Repeat infringers' access to MakeCalculator will be terminated where appropriate. If you are unsure whether your situation is a copyright matter, you are welcome to write to us first at contact@makecalculator.com and we will explain what information we need.
