About the Graph Plotter

Draw the graph of a function of x over any range.

How to use the Graph Plotter

  1. Type f(x), for example sin(x) * 10 or x^2 - 3.
  2. Set X-Min and X-Max to choose the range to display.
  3. The graph is drawn automatically.

Tips

  • Use ^ for powers and functions such as sin, cos, tan, log and sqrt.
  • Zoom in by narrowing the range, and look for where the curve crosses the x-axis to find roots.

Frequently asked questions

Why is my graph blank?
The function may be undefined over the range (for example log of a negative number) or contain a typing error.
