How to use the Remove Duplicate Words

  1. Paste your text into the box, click Sample for an example, or load a text file with File.
  2. Choose whether to be Case-sensitive and to Preserve lines.
  3. Press Remove Duplicates.
  4. Use Copy or .TXT to save the result.

Worked example

"the cat and the dog" becomes "the cat and dog" because the second "the" is a duplicate.

Tips

  • Turn on Case-sensitive if "Apple" and "apple" should count as different words.

Does it keep the first occurrence?
Yes. Only later repeats are removed.
