How to use the Markdown Formatter

  1. Paste your Markdown or click Sample.
  2. Choose the Header Style (ATX with #, or Setext with underlines), the List Bullet (-, * or +), and spacing options.
  3. Press Beautify Markdown, then Copy Result or save as .md.

Tips

  • ATX headings (# Heading) are the most widely supported.
