Convert CSV rows into XML elements.

How to use the CSV to XML

  1. Paste your CSV or click Sample.
  2. Choose the Delimiter, the Root Element and the Row Element names.
  3. Tick First row = Headers to use the header names as tags, and Fields as Attributes if you prefer attributes.
  4. Press Convert to XML and copy the result.

Worked example

A row Ann,30 with headers name,age becomes <row><name>Ann</name><age>30</age></row>.

Tips

  • Header names must be valid XML names: no spaces and no starting digit.
