How to use the GFR Calculator

  1. Enter your Creatinine (mg/dL) and Age, and choose Male or Female.
  2. Press Identify GFR Stage.

Formula and method

The estimate uses the CKD-EPI equation. Stages: G1 90 or more, G2 60 to 89, G3a 45 to 59, G3b 30 to 44, G4 15 to 29, G5 below 15 (mL/min/1.73 mĀ²).

Tips

  • This is an estimate. Only a doctor can diagnose kidney disease.
  • Use the creatinine value from your latest blood test, in mg/dL.
